Take control of your health with movement.

As women, our bodies go through many stages. Movement through menopause can help guide us through the struggles and setbacks, so that we can build stronger bones and muscles, increase brain activity and get better quality sleep.

Movement is medicine.

If you prefer home workouts over big box gyms, The Movement Membership gives you follow along workouts ranging from 5 minutes to 50 minutes. Small space is needed, using little to no equipment. Style of classes range from low impact bodyweight to cardio with dumbbells and many more options in between. Our moods, cycles and time change frequently, so our workouts should also be flexible. The first 7 days are free to try.

Live, virtual small group classes are available 3-4 days a week, if you want the accountability and team support. All levels are welcome for a drop in with no commitment or class packages for those who want to train consistently. The group classes focus on full body strength training with weights.

One-on-one might be an option for you if you are recovering from an injury, need a specific time outside of group classes or want to work with specific modalities. Please contact for more information on private sessions and pricing.

ABOUT ME

"If I can get a few people to add movement to their schedule, they will realize how much better they will feel, physically and mentally, and I've done my job."

Andrea started teaching exercise after she fell in love with kickboxing. She taught high impact kickboxerize for 15 years before going solo and focusing on strength training. Years of running and boxing lead to arthritis and achy joints. Strength and resistance training was introduced and the pain started to cease. Bodyweight and dumbbell moves are her favorite as little space is needed and a great workout can be done in 30 minutes or less.

Andrea teaches small group classes, personal training, Water FIT, TRX training and has an online membership program: The Movement Membership. She is also a healthy living coach and teaches Barre at the local YMCA.

Andrea really believes movement is medicine. Combining physical activity with healthy eating habits will greatly outweigh modern beliefs of relying on medicine to live.
